持ち物 ●ご準備(お部屋・道具)● 2m × 1mほどのスペース、滑りにくい床 ヨガマット(なければバスタオル)、お水 端末は横向きに配置し、全身が映る距離だとアドバイスしやすいです

●Class Content●
Gently release neck, shoulder, and back stiffness caused by travel, sightseeing, or desk work.
A style of English that is absorbed through listening rather than "learning" (simple English + slow pace, with Japanese support when needed).

Guide: Mainly English + Japanese Support

Difficulty Level: Easy (Beginners Welcome)

Example Content: Breathing → Neck and Shoulder Release → Back Relaxation → Gentle Flow → Cool Down → Rest

How to Participate (Zoom)
After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a Zoom link via MOSH message by the day before.
You can turn your camera on or off (we recommend turning it on if you require pose assistance).
For safety reasons, we may refuse entry after 10 minutes of the start of the session.

●Preparation (Room & Equipment)●
Approximately 2m x 1m of space, non-slip floor
Yoga mat (or bath towel if not available), water
For best results, place your device horizontally and at a distance that allows your entire body to be visible.
